  • CCTV: We have CCTV cameras installed in common areas of the Tullamarine studio for the security of our staff, students, and property. CCTV is not monitored in changing rooms.

  • How we handle it: Your medical/disclaimer form is stored separately from general class registers. It is only accessible to senior instructors and studio management on a need-to-know basis.

  • Retention: We retain your information for as long as you are a active student, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with insurance and legal requirements (typically 7 years for insurance/liability purposes). After this period, your information is securely destroyed or de-identified.
